PUF Insulation
Spray and board polyurethane foam for superior thermal performance
Overview
Polyurethane foam offers one of the lowest thermal conductivities available, making it the material of choice for cold rooms, tanks, and cryogenic systems. It can be spray-applied for seamless coverage or fitted as pre-formed boards and pipe sections. Max Insulation delivers both spray and board PUF systems with sealed finishes.
How we do it
Substrate preparation
Surfaces are cleaned and primed to ensure strong adhesion and a continuous foam layer.
Foam application
PUF is spray-applied or boards are fitted to achieve the specified thickness and density.
Vapour sealing
A vapour barrier and protective coating are applied to lock in thermal performance.
Protective cladding
Metal or FRP cladding is fitted where mechanical or UV protection is required.
Why choose Max Insulation
- Lowest thermal conductivity class
- Seamless spray-applied option
- Built-in moisture barrier
- Lightweight and durable
