HVAC & Duct Insulation
Thermal and acoustic insulation for air-handling systems
Overview
HVAC systems lose energy and generate noise without proper insulation. We insulate ductwork, air-handling units, and chilled-water lines with glass wool, rock wool, and nitrile rubber — improving thermal efficiency, preventing condensation, and dampening system noise for comfortable, efficient buildings.
How we do it
Duct & system survey
We assess duct routes, operating temperatures, and acoustic requirements across the building.
Material specification
Thermal and acoustic materials are selected to balance efficiency, noise control, and space.
Insulation & wrapping
Ducts and AHUs are wrapped and sealed with foil-faced insulation and nitrile for chilled lines.
Finishing & sealing
All joints are taped and sealed to prevent air and vapour leakage across the system.
Why choose Max Insulation
- Improves HVAC energy efficiency
- Prevents duct condensation
- Dampens system noise
- Cleaner internal air quality
Thermal / Hot Insulation
High-temperature insulation for pipelines, vessels, reactors, and equipment operating above ambient temperature.
