Dual Insulation
Integrated hot and cold insulation for complex process networks
Overview
Many process plants run hot and cold lines side by side, sometimes on the same equipment. Dual insulation combines both disciplines into one coordinated system — hot lines finished for heat retention, cold lines finished with vapour barriers — delivered by a single contractor for consistency and accountability.
How we do it
Integrated line survey
We map every hot and cold line on the network and classify the insulation approach for each.
Dual system engineering
Hot and cold specifications are coordinated so materials, cladding, and finishes work together cleanly.
Phased installation
Both systems are installed in a planned sequence to minimise plant downtime and rework.
Unified finishing
Consistent cladding and labelling give the whole network a clean, maintainable appearance.
Why choose Max Insulation
